Guess what ........ my brother and his friend are making a movie and I am the make-up artist. When are we starting ? Well our release estimate is in Winter 2014.But we start shooting in 2012.Wish us luck!

Making A Movie

2 eleven-year olds dare to encounter a very,very,very, difficult task. Making a movie!

Andre Magalhaes and his partner Sarah Williamson are making a cinematic project. Involving

very advanced technology, green screens, and very talented actors. The movie title is "Chessheads". We got the idea back in 2008, when we were leaving from our favorite after-school activity , chess club. We thought about, bounced off ideas to each other, met a couple of times. And thought that, the odds of making a really good movie are 1 in a million. But it would be fun to try. The release estimate is Winter 2014. I know, it's a long time. But remember, we are only 11 years old. Sarah is the director, I'm the Producer, Compisition Supervisor,Conductor, one of the Film Editors, and one of the Stunt Instructors. I know, alot right?

Going Back To School

A New Team Member

I was thinking the other day, and I thought "Why don't I find someone else to help me with writing the blog." I knew just the person, my little sister, Sofia. From now on, we are going to write at the end of the post "BY ANDRE" or "BY SOFIA". so you'll know who wrote it.

My dad considered that Sofia should have her own blog, but she said "No way!" She needs to know how to type faster first. But intill then, try to welcome Sofia to our new team...

I Am A Kr8r

Our first post of the marathon is this!

Last summer I took some blankets and sticks and made a little clubhouse. Now my first draft was no where near this (left) It didn't have any water or a lamp,clock, and trash can. It was stuffed with things that could barely lie down. So I moved around some objects, and it turned out just like home. That's why I named this "I Am A Kr8r!"

5th grade is a killer!

It's not easy ya know, having to copy down what's on the board and then you got three days to study it. And you get home at 2:50 and your done with homework an hour later after your mom checks it? Then you wake up at 6:20 and start it all over again the next day?

Well beleive it or not that's my life! Heck, when I get to Middle School, I'll barely get a chance to go on the computer! But don't worry, weekends exist!

Michael is All Grown Up!

Well it's been 4 months and our little Michael is growing up! Yep, now I think I know what a parent means when they say "They're growing up so fast!"

Remember when I was talking about my legos? Well one day last summer, I was really bored sooooooooo, I took out my legos and started to build. Now I'm not going to brag that I finished it in a few hours, 'Cause I didn't.It took me three days! I know it alot. But it killed some time. It's a replica of the Harry Potter Hogwarts grounds.

MY MUSIC STUDIO

The one place I can ever get away from my worries is my studio. It all happened when my dad put in the piano in my room. Then when a famous musician came into my head by his music, I wanted to get deeper into music. So I built a studio with all the instruments I could find. The recorder when I was in fourth grade, the piano from when I was six, the guitar from Christmas, and the new member of the studio, my viola (bottom left). I'm now in fifth grade and learning how to play it at school. My teacher's name is Miss Banks, she's pretty cool. As you can see I have a lot of papers on the stands. Those are my lyrics. I write a few songs every now and then, but most of the lyrics are songs that are programed on to the piano. That's where I practice my singing.

Michael is Here!

The cutest baby in the entire world is finally here. He was brought home August 1st. In this picture, the adorable yawning baby, was on his way home. The picture was seen in the previous post "MICHAEL'S MOVIE", I just thought it was the most cutest. Michael is very healthy and doing fine at his Home.
